R&D Collaboration
SAFTRA BioMAI, s.r.o. is a biomedical-certified research start-up founded in 2021 under the auspices of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice (UPJŠ). The founders, Miroslava Rabajdová and Marek Kľoc, established the company as part of UPJŠ’s scientific and innovation ecosystem. SAFTRA BioMAI bridges fundamental research with practical applications, focusing on bioinformatics, artificial intelligence, and predictive diagnostic tools.
